At Fragrance Home, our mission is to get your favourite fragrances to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Whether you prefer door-to-door delivery or collecting your parcel at a nearby store, we’ve got flexible shipping options to suit you — anywhere in South Africa.

🚚 Nationwide Courier Delivery

• Door-to-door delivery via trusted couriers.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Costs

• ✅ FREE delivery on orders over R1500

• 📦 R105 flat fee on orders under R1500
  (Applies nationwide, including outlying areas)

🛍️ Pargo Click & Collect

• 📦 R85 nationwide

• Collect your order at a convenient Pargo pickup point near you.

• Flexible and secure — pick up at a time that suits you.

📮 PAXI – Store-to-Store Delivery (Pep)

A budget-friendly option that lets you collect your order from any participating Pep store nationwide.

Pricing:

• Standard Bag: R60 (7–9 business days)

• Standard Bag: R110 (3–5 business days)

⏱️ Shipping Timeframes

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Mon–Fri) → dispatched same day

• Orders placed after 13:00 (Mon–Thurs) → dispatched next morning

• Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays → shipped the following Monday

• Orders placed on Public Holidays → dispatched next working day

Delivery Time:

• Courier: 1–7 working days

• PAXI: 3–9 business days
