Return and refund policy

At Fragrance Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@fragrancehome.co.za or via WhatsApp at 079 901 9900 with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@fragrancehome.co.za or WhatsApp 079 901 9900.
• Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return Your Item

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
